Pit Bull Terrier - Large - Adult - Female - Dog - Chloe (GA)
Description
Chloe is approximately 2-3 years old and is a boxer/pit/bulldog mix. She weighs about 70 pounds. Chloe was found wandering the streets of Cherokee County very pregnant. She was brought to the shelter where she delivered her litter of puppies on August 18th. We assume that Chloe had a home for most of her life. She is well trained, housebroken(has never made a mistake in the house) heartworm negative and a real sweetheart. She made herself quite at home with us and will hop up on the couch if invited. As she recovers from her street adventures and having a large litter of very hungry pups her coat is turning a beautiful shiny red. She has a white chest and 4 pairs of sox's. Even trying to keep up with her puppies she is able to let her boxer personality out every now and then. She is very playful and bouncy and ready to be herself again. She loves to chew on hooves and will make a short treat of pigs ears which she takes very gently. Chloe rarely barks and walks well on a leash after a few minutes. Unfortunately Chloe cannot live in a home with cats. Once her puppies are weaned we will test her to see about small dogs. Chloe would also make a wonderful exercise companion once she gets her strength back. She is very dedicated to those in her pack, human or otherwise.
