King King is only a year old and big - he weighs about 40 pounds. He is one of the most beautiful, jet black cockers we have ever seen. His previous owners took him to a city shelter because "he gets into everything." We have discovered that young, healthy cockers given up for that reason are usually not getting anywhere the exercise they need (often they're left in crates all day.) These cockers also require a lot of time positively interacting with their owners and they love the challenge of obedience and/or agility training. He was temperament tested when he was at the city animal shelter and he got all A's! He loves to please people and he would graduate from obedience school at the top of his class. King's foster describes him as a "big, rambunctious boy - a happy, outgoing, goofy dog." He loves other dogs and would be a good companion for another playful dog. He also do well in a family with older children and a big fenced in yard.
