Cocker Spaniel - Medium - Adult - Female - Dog - SALLY
Description
This very cute, four and a half year old cocker has come a long way since we first rescued her in 2006. By the time she was only a year old, she had been in three different homes and had become a very confused pup who was afraid to be left alone. CSRNE adopted her into a loving home where she learned house manners, got plenty of affection and lots of play time in a big fenced yard. Now, because of an illness in the family, Sally is back with her original foster mom while she waits to be adopted again. Sally is a sweet, Velcro cocker who loves to be cuddled. Shes easy to leash walk and likes her walks around the neighborhood. Shes playful and enjoys a game of fetch. Sally is not an overly active cocker and will well with several daily walks and playing with her ball in the house. She likes to sleep on her bed in her crate with the door left open. Her previous owner said shes housebroken but she can have infrequent accidents. Because Sally does not want other dogs around her food or toys, she really needs to be an only dog (and we dont think shed be respectful of kitties either). However, she is fine when she meets other dogs on her walks. Her former owner also said she doesnt like to be left alone and is happiest in the company of people. Like most of her breed, she feels secure and content when shes with her family.
